Creating a task board with Flow

Juristic Flow is a powerful tool designed to streamline your legal workflows by enabling intuitive task management. Follow these simple steps to create your task board and organise your projects efficiently.

 

Step 1: Access Flow

Click the Flow + icon on your Juristic dashboard to start a new task board.

Step 2: Add Task Groups and Tasks

  1. Click the blue "Add Task Group" button.
    This allows you to create a structured framework for your board.

  2. Name your Task Group.
    Input a clear title that represents the category or phase of your workflow.

  3. Start Adding Tasks.
    Within each Task Group, click the "Add Task" button and fill in task titles. Each task should represent a specific action or deliverable.

Step 3: Customise Your Board with Columns

Once your tasks are in place, you can enhance your task board by adding relevant columns to capture essential details:

  1. Click on the "Column Center."
    This provides a wide range of options to tailor your board.

  2. Select Column Types such as:

    • Status: Monitor task progress (e.g., Not Started, In Progress, Completed).
    • People: Assign collaborators to tasks.
    • Date: Set deadlines to track progress effectively.
    • Priority: Highlight critical tasks.
    • Files: Attach important documents such as contracts or agreements.
    • Dropdowns, Labels, Links, and more for specific needs.
  3. Drag and Drop Columns to rearrange and prioritise them based on your workflow.
