🎥 Exporting your diagram to Powerpoint, Word, PDF or as an image screenshot
Once you’ve built your diagram in Juristic Structure, you may want to share it with colleagues, include it in a presentation, or archive it. The export function makes this easy by offering multiple formats, each suited to different purposes.
If your organisation has implemented CVI / design templates, then Juristic will adhere to those automatically. If you would like this, please contact your Juristic contact.
How to Export
-
Click the Export button in the top menu
-
Choose your preferred export format
PowerPoint Export
PowerPoint is the most popular export option and gives you two choices:
-
Current slide – Exports only the slide you are currently viewing as an editable PowerPoint slide
-
All slides – Exports the entire set of slides in your diagram, keeping them editable and connected
These exports remain fully editable, meaning you can continue working on them directly in PowerPoint without being restricted to static images.
PDF, Word, and Image Exports
In addition to PowerPoint, you can also export your diagrams as PDF, Word, or image files.
-
These formats take a screenshot of your current view in the browser
-
What you see on screen is exactly what is exported
-
They are ideal for quick sharing, simple documentation, or attaching a static copy to reports
Unlike PowerPoint, these exports are not editable diagrams – they are fixed snapshots.
Choosing the Right Format
-
Use PowerPoint (current or all slides) if you want to keep your diagrams editable for presentations or collaboration
-
Use PDF, Word, or image when you need a static, shareable snapshot of what you see on screen
-
Remember that PowerPoint exports preserve structure, while the other formats are purely visual captures
Key Takeaway
Juristic Structure gives you flexibility in how you export your diagrams: editable slides for ongoing work, or static snapshots for quick distribution. Choosing the right format ensures your diagrams are as useful outside the platform as they are inside it.
