How to style Structure elements

This guide walks you through styling elements within Juristic Structure. Customising visual elements helps you improve clarity for stakeholders and align with your organisation's branding.

Step 1: Access your styling options

  1. Open your structure within the Juristic Structure tool.
  2. Click on any element (e.g., entities, connections) to highlight it.
  3. A style toolbar will appear, offering various customisation options.

Step 2: Customise element appearance

Modify Colours:

  • Background colour: Select a colour from the palette or input your custom hex code.
  • Border colour: Adjust the border to differentiate between entity types.

Adjust fonts:

  • Change the font style, size, and weight to improve readability or match your corporate visual identity (CVI).
  • Use the text alignment feature to position labels within the entity box.

Icons and labels:

  • Add icons to represent specific entity types (e.g., holding company, subsidiary).
  • Modify or add labels to clarify relationships and roles.

Step 3: Configure connection styles

  1. Click on the lines or arrows connecting entities.
  2. Adjust:
    • Curvature or straight-line options based on the diagram’s complexity.
    • Arrow styles for directional flows.
