🎥 Import templates and extract tasks with AI
Starting from scratch isn’t always necessary. Juristic Flow allows you to quickly set up task boards by importing templates, Excel sheets, or even documents that can be analysed with AI. This saves time and ensures your boards are correctly structured from the beginning.
Import Options
All import features can be accessed from the Import button at the top of your task board.
1. Importing from Excel
-
If you have previously exported a task board to Excel, you can import it back.
- Juristic Flow recognises the built-in coding inside the sheet, allowing it to detect:
-
Which board it belongs to
-
Existing vs new tasks
-
Any changes made since export
-
This ensures your task boards stay synchronised with your external Excel work.
2. Using the templates importer
This is the most popular method of getting started.
-
Select a predefined template (e.g. Structure Establishment)
-
Click Import
- The tasks will appear immediately, including:
-
Columns
-
Data
-
Permission sets (if previously defined – these will be covered in the guide on sharing task boards)
-
Templates make it easy to kickstart standard workflows without having to build them from zero.
3. Importing with AI Extraction
Juristic Flow also supports importing documents and extracting tasks using AI.
-
Upload a file containing relevant information
-
The system automatically scans and extracts tasks into your board
-
This is particularly useful when turning legal documents, agreements, or memos into actionable tasks
