Integrate with your DocuSign solution

Use this guide to connect Juristic with DocuSign and send documents for electronic signature directly from a case taskboard.

Complete these steps once per DocuSign account you want to connect. Admin access to your Juristic organisation is required.

Step 1: Open the Admin Dashboard

  1. Log in to Juristic.
  2. Click Admin panel in the bottom-left of the navigation sidebar.
  3. You will land on the Overview tab of the Admin Dashboard.

Step 2: Navigate to the Integrations Tab

  1. From the Admin Dashboard, click the Integrations tab in the top navigation.
  2. The page lists all configured third-party connections for your organisation.
  3. Locate the DocuSign section. If no integration exists yet, it will be empty.

Note: If an integration already appears (e.g. Firm EU Account), a default has already been configured. You can add further accounts alongside it.

Step 3: Retrieve Your DocuSign Credentials

You will need two values from your DocuSign account before creating the integration in Juristic.

  1. Log in to DocuSign and go to Admin > Apps and Keys.
  2. Under My Account Information, copy the following:

API Account ID My Account Information — API Account ID
Account Base URI My Account Information — Account Base URI

Step 4: Create the DocuSign Integration in Juristic

  1. Back in Juristic, click + Create DocuSign Integration.
  2. Fill in the form:
    • Integration name — a clear label, e.g. Acme Law – Production Account
    • Account ID — paste the API Account ID from Step 3
    • Base URL — paste the Account Base URI from Step 3 (leave blank for auto-detection)
  3. Toggle Active Integration on.
  4. Toggle Default Integration on if this account should be pre-selected when users send documents.
  5. Click Create.

The integration will appear in the list with an Active badge. The Default badge indicates which account is pre-selected at send time.
