Juristic makes it easy to collaborate by sharing your Structure with colleagues or clients. Whether you need feedback or want to finalise a project, the sharing feature allows both internal and external parties to contribute efficiently.
How to Share Your Structure
Step 1: Initiate Sharing
- Go to the "Share" button located in the top-right corner of your screen.
- Choose whether you want to share Internally or Externally.
2. Internal Sharing
Purpose: Share within your organisation for seamless collaboration.
- Users will have access to both the Structure and associated case.
Steps:
- Select Internal sharing.
- Choose the colleague(s) you want to share with by selecting their name from the dropdown.
- Add any comments to provide context or instructions.
- Click Share.
3. External Sharing
Purpose: Share with clients or external stakeholders without requiring a Juristic licence.
Key Features:
- External users will only have access to the specific Structure or Whiteboard you share.
- Optionally, allow external users to make changes.
Steps:
- Select External sharing.
- Enter the external collaborator's name, email, and phone number.
- (Optional) Enable Permit to make changes if you want the user to edit the Structure.
- Click Share.
Important: When sharing externally, ensure the Workspace’s sensitivity is considered, as access is controlled via an autogenerated password.
