Add a product to the firm's subscription
A request to Juristic to switch a module on for the whole firm, with the reason, and a check of who gets it.
Screenshots are taken from the app on every release. Updated 13 October 2026.
A practice group wants to start building chronologies, or the transactions team wants task boards for its deals, and the module is not part of the firm's subscription yet. As the firm's Juristic admin, you see what the firm has and ask Juristic to switch on what is missing.
Two questions decide what you ask for. Which module does the work need? And should everyone in the firm get it, or only some people? A module is switched on for the whole firm; you then decide per person who uses it.
See what the firm has
Open the menu under your name and click Admin panel.
Under Access & Security, click Modules. Active modules lists what the firm has today, grouped as Modules, AI and Integrations.

Ask for a module
Click Manage. Access Management opens with the firm's active modules at the top and, under Other Juristic tools, everything the firm does not have yet, marked • Inactive.
Click Request access on the module you need.
In the box, tell your Customer Success Representative what the module is for: which team, which matters, from when. Adding a module may change the firm's licence costs, so the context helps them come back with the right offer.
Click Request. The request goes to Juristic for the whole firm, with your name and email on it, and you see a confirmation that it has been sent. Juristic gets back to you before the module is switched on.
Decide who gets it
Once the module is active, everyone whose access is Same as organisation has it. Someone you have already given their own list of modules does not get it until you add it to their list, and someone who should not use it needs their own list without it.
Under Access & Security, click Users. The Access column shows Same as organisation for everyone who follows the firm's modules, and the modules themselves for everyone with their own list.
Click the pencil (Edit) on a colleague's row, open Access and choose the modules they should have. Click Save. They now have only the modules you chose.
To give someone everything the firm has again, click Clear in Access and save.
Tips from practice
- Say who it is for. "The litigation team, about 15 people, for a new arbitration starting next month" gets a faster answer than an empty request.
- Switching a module off. Manage only asks for modules the firm does not have. To stop paying for one, write to Juristic support and explain why: colleagues may still have work in that module on ongoing matters. See get help from Juristic support.
- Check the people with their own list. Sort Users by the Access column once the module is switched on, and add it for anyone on that list who is meant to use it.
New people joining to use the module? See give a new joiner access to Juristic. To decide who else can make these requests, see decide who administers Juristic.
