Collect the group's annual reports

The filed annual reports of the chosen group companies emailed to you as one ZIP.

Screenshots are taken from the app on every release. Updated 13 October 2026.

A due diligence or a financing needs the last three years of annual reports for every company in the group, and the lender's counsel wants them in the data room by Friday. If the group is drawn in a structure, Juristic fetches the filed reports from the company register for the companies you choose, and emails them to you as one ZIP.

Two questions decide the choices. Which companies does the work cover? The whole group, or the obligors only. And how many years does the reader need?

Reports can be fetched for Danish and UK companies with a registration number on the chart. If your firm's plan covers Danish companies only, a UK company says so in the list.

Email the group's annual reports

  1. Open the structure, click Export and choose Annual reports.

  2. Download annual reports lists the structure's companies. Under each name is what the ZIP will take from it, such as "Annual report 2025, 2024, 2023", or why there is nothing to take. Every company with a report is ticked; untick the ones the work does not cover, or use Select all. Up to 50 companies go in one ZIP.

  3. Choose the years under Year: Latest filed year, Latest 3 filed years or Latest 5 filed years, or one particular year for every company. Three years is the default. A year with no filing is skipped, so a company may come with 2025, 2023 and 2022.

  4. Click Email 12 reports as ZIP; the button counts the reports you have chosen. The panel Preparing annual reports at the bottom left shows how far it has come, and you can keep working meanwhile.

  5. Open the email and download the ZIP with the button in it.

Only some of the companies

Select the companies on the canvas, right-click and choose Download financial reports, or press alt + P. The same window opens with only the selected companies in it.

With a single company selected, its latest annual report is emailed to you at once as a PDF.

One company, one report

To pick a particular filing, such as the group accounts or an amended report:

  1. Open the company in the Data tool, or point at it in the structure and click the information icon (Information).

  2. Click the Accounting tab and choose the year.

  3. Click Email PDF. Where the company filed more than one report for the year, the arrow next to the button lists them (Group accounts, Amended, Earlier version) with the period each covers.

Tips from practice

  • Some reports take longer. A report filed as inline XBRL or as a scan is converted to PDF first, and the list says so under the company's name. Expect a few minutes before the ZIP arrives.
  • Check what is missing. A company with no report for a year may be newly incorporated, exempt, or late with its filing. Each of those is a point for the due diligence report.
  • File the ZIP in the matter. Add the reports to the matter's documents, so the team works from the same set. See keep the matter's documents in order.
  • Group first, reports second. If the group is not on a chart yet, import a group from the company register and the companies come with their registration numbers.

For the figures behind the reports, see check a company's accounts and key figures. For the group's articles, agreements and minutes, see review the group's corporate documents in a table.
