Choose what the sidebar shows for everyone
The firm's default sidebar pins every new user starts with, which each person can still change for themselves.

You run Juristic for the firm, and the sidebar is the first thing every lawyer sees. If the corporate team lives in task boards and structure charts and rarely opens the Document tool, the tools people use every day should be in reach and the rest out of the way, without asking each lawyer to tidy their own menu.
One question decides what to pin. Which tools does most of the firm open every week? Pin those. Everything else stays one click away under More.
Set the firm's default pins
Click Admin panel at the bottom of the sidebar, and under Organisation click Sidebar menu. The page lists every tool that can sit in the sidebar.
Click the pin next to a tool. Pin default puts it in everyone's sidebar; on a pinned tool, Unpin default takes it out. A filled pin means the tool is pinned. Each click saves at once.
Unpinned tools are not gone. Everyone still finds them under More at the bottom of the sidebar, and can open them from there.
People see the new defaults the next time Juristic loads their sidebar, for example when they next open or refresh it.
What each person can still change
The firm's pins are a starting point. Anyone can click More and use the pin next to a tool to add it to their own sidebar or take it off. That choice is theirs and stays when you change the firm's default later: if a lawyer has pinned or unpinned a tool themselves, your setting for that tool does not override it. Everyone else follows the firm's default.

Tips from practice
- Unpin what the firm does not have. A tool someone has no access to shows a lock in their sidebar. Taking it off by default saves people clicking into something they cannot use.
- Insight and JuristIQ sit together. In the sidebar, pinned Insight and JuristIQ appear under one AI heading, so pinning either one brings the heading in.
- Set the defaults before the roll-out. People who have not touched their own pins follow whatever you set, so the earlier you set it, the more people start with the firm's menu.
