Get help from Juristic support

A message to support filed under the right category, or a booked support call.

Screenshots are taken from the app on every release. Updated 13 October 2026.

Something does not behave as you expected, the filing deadline is this afternoon, or you have an idea that would save the team an hour on every deal. Juristic support can help with all three, and the quickest answer comes from a message that says exactly what happened and where.

Two questions decide the route. Can it be explained in writing? Send a message. Is it easier to show? Book a call.

Send a message to support

  1. Click Get in touch now at the bottom of the sidebar.

  2. Under What's this about?, choose what kind of request it is:

    • Bug report when something does not work as it should.
    • Feature request when Juristic works, but you want it to do something it does not.
    • Other for questions, access problems and anything else.

  3. Describe it in the message box. For a problem: what you were doing, in which tool, what you expected and what happened instead. For an idea: the task you were doing when you missed it.

  4. Click Send. Juristic confirms that the request has been sent, and support replies to your email. Chose the wrong category? Use the back arrow before you send.

Book a support call

For a walkthrough, or a problem that is quicker to show than to describe, click Book support call at the top right of the panel at the top of the home page. The booking page opens in a new tab; pick a time that suits you.

Find the answer yourself

Two more links sit at the bottom of the sidebar:

  • Knowledge bank opens these guides in a new tab.
  • Change log opens in a new tab too, and shows what has changed in Juristic recently, which is often the answer when something looks different from yesterday.

Tips from practice

  • Name the place, not the client. "The timeline in Project Alpha, the Excel export" lets support find the problem. Client names, parties and document contents do not belong in a support message.
  • No need to introduce yourself. Your name, email address and firm go with the message automatically.
  • One request per message. A bug and an idea in the same message are slower to answer than two short messages.
  • If you cannot find Get in touch now. Some firms route Juristic questions through their own IT helpdesk and have turned off the support entry points. Ask your helpdesk; Knowledge bank and Change log stay available.

The message carries the name on your account. If it is wrong, set your name, initials and language first.
